Franklin Engineering Ltd. ("Franklin Engineering", "we", "us") respects your privacy. We only collect personal information that you choose to give us:

• Career applications: your name, email address, phone number, the position and experience level you select, your cover letter, and the résumé file you upload.
• Email and phone: anything you send us directly by email or tell us by phone.

This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies, and we do not create user accounts.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and deliver the services you request.
• To review and respond to employment applications.
• To keep records required for our professional and legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

How your information is handled

When you submit a form, it is delivered by email to our office. Our website hosting and email providers process this information on our behalf to operate the site and deliver messages. We may share information with regulators, government agencies or project partners only when required to complete work you have asked us to do, or when required by law.

Third-party services

To display the site correctly, pages load fonts from Google Fonts and icons from a public content delivery network (unpkg). These providers receive your browser's IP address and basic technical information when the page loads, under their own privacy policies. Links to Google Maps and Instagram take you to those services, which have their own privacy practices.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law. Unsuccessful job applications are kept for up to 12 months in case a suitable position opens, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your rights
